Had a chat with technical support a couple of times now about not receiving any email in regards to resetting my password. The Plusnet page says
A new password has been sent to your email
address
We've sent an email to cra…@bl…….er.co.uk
with instructions on how to reset your password.
Tech Support temporary changed my email address to another one but that didn’t work either looked in the junk folders to, tried a different browser also but that didn’t work so I’m not sure what to do now. Any help would be greatly appreciated
