Pager number blocked

Hello,

I've recently bought a pager, which uses a number commencing 07661.

I can contact this number successfully on my (Plusnet) landline, but it appears to be blocked on my mobile.

Plusnet Mobile's tariff list includes calls to pagers, so as far as I can tell it should connect OK.

There is no call barring / blocking set on the handset.

Does anyone know how to resolve this?

Thanks

Re: Pager number blocked

Hi dnsey,

Apologies for the late reply, I have been away from the office.

I'm sorry, but we don't support call forwarding so we cannot guarantee this service will work. I would advise to check that this is enabled on your handset and you have enough of your Smart Cap allowance to cover the cost of the call. Although we cannot guarantee call forwarding, some service numbers are charged at 40p per minute.
