Pac code?

I ordered a new Sim couple of days ago for my mobile, and asked for a Pac code (email).

Will they get back to me?

I don't fancy calling and having to wait an eternity Roll_eyes

Re: Pac code?

It's always best to call and ask for a PAC code, you can exactly get your point across, and your e-mail is not placed into a help desk system as a 'ticket' where the wait can be even longer.

Re: Pac code?

Yes i guess that's the best way..thanks.

Would you believe though I have a rotten bug that's effected my throat.

I sound like a fog horn :D.

So I'll call them later when it's subsided somewhat.

Re: Pac code?

Update...

I've put the Sim in the Mobile and Just had a mail from them saying all systems go.

They say, If I want to keep my original Number I need to txt "Port" to a number they gave me.

I've done that, so see what happens from there? Roll_eyes

Is this the norm, or should i still call them?

Call them, 100% call them, otherwise you've no way of knowing for certain if they received the text etc.
