PUK code problems

Good evening,

I've received a new SIM card today to replace my old 3g one (all Plusnet).
My phone accepted it fine but when I tried to password lock it, I accidentally locked the SIM and it is asking for a PUK code.

I've retrieved the code from my online account but the phone says it's wrong. I've also called Plusnet twice today and was given the same PUK code but it's not working. The person on the phone has no idea why and was trying to blame my phone. I've only got 2 attempt left and I've tried the code plus all the default SIM PIN numbers they suggested.
Can anyone help, please?

I'm sorry that the PUK code that you've been provided isn't working. Please send me the following details over on a private message and then add another comment to this thread so that we can pick this back up and look into it for you:

 

- Your mobile number

- Your full name

- Your full address, including the postcode
