PLUSNET is a Joke!!

I am still enjoying Plusnet's 'pain-free' Number porting. 

I can't even access my VPN to work. I can see some people waiting for last 14 days to complete porting.

This company is a Joke!! How can they call them selves a service provider?Huh

I'm really sorry that your mobile doesn't work after porting to us.

I've passed your account details onto the relevant team to investigate further and fix.

As soon as I know more I'll let you know.

Yes its working now after more than a week no service.

But I promptly got bill  for that period!

If you can please pop me over a private message (to send a PM, click on my name and then to the right, there will be a grey button to 'send private message' and in the message please include a link to this thread) with the following details, I'll look at getting a credit added for the downtime for you:

 

- Your full name

- Your mobile number
- Characters 1 & 6 of your childhood hero
- The last 2 digits of both the bank account number & sort code
