Texted "port" with my new Plusnet sim in my old o2 phone, Texted my number I want to transfer, texted my PAC. Confirmed info was correct by texting "Yes". Didn't get a confirmation text back saying your port request is confirmed, which concerned me. Not totally surprised when it didn't happen today. I only have 6 days left before my PAC runs out. Any chance a Plusnet person can check out what's gone wrong for me?
Forgot to add, did the PAC request yesterday Monday 8th before 6pm.
Fixed! Go to the fix.

Many thanks to Gandalf for getting involved in my PAC problem.
I have just received (after 6pm) a confirmation text & an email that my number port request has been confirmed (which should now happen on Friday).
For anyone else that ends up in the same predicament as me (and to save time) you will need the following information
Do not post the following info on the forum, only post it in a private message to a member of staff after they have contacted you.
Your PAC
The mobile number you want transferred to Plusnet
The Plusnet mobile number on your new sim
Your Plusnet Account number
You will also need some of the following info:
Your address
Your memorable answer
Your bank account number
Your sort code
I will post how I get on.

Well. Today was the day I was expecting the PAC to get done. And it has.
After private messaging Gandalf on Wednesday and getting the confirmation text later that day
On Thu 19:40 Got a 2nd text saying “Your port request is confirmed”
Fri 13:30 Got text saying “Your number port will complete soon”
Fri 13:31 Got email saying “Your number is on its way back to you”
Fri 14:50 Received a test text sent to my old number
Thankfully it’s all been completed today as my PAC expires on Monday
