Only joined Plusnet a few days ago...but want to leave already
Ordered my new Sim card and a number port online.
Sim card has not arrived but they have gone ahead with the number port anyway.
So my old Sim is also now inactive and I'm expecting some important calls
Now I find that Plusnet doesnt offer call forwarding.
So I am stuck without my number and no solution to forward my calls.
I am also told that they wont read out a PAC code over the phone because Im not dialling in from my new Plusnet number....
I have been offered a text of the PAC code... again to the number I dont have yet.
Apparently you can request it on the website account section...but I cant find it.
Clicking on the "thinking of leaving section" does absolutely nothing.
All in all from a company that supposedly prides itself on customer service, I think this is appalling.

Small update...
Finally got to the section of the webpage re PAC code request.
Requested .. PAC code awaited on screen.
Message..."we've not been able to complete the action"....
Please call us on the number we were unable to help you with before...

@pbrash Apologies for the difficulties with getting a PAC and that you've not received your SIM yet. I've raised this with the relevant team to see if there's anything more we can do in these circumstances.
In the meantime could you drop me a PM with the following details? This will pass our data protection process.
+Your mobile number
+Your full name
+Your full address
+Are you the account holder?
+Your date of birth
+Last 2 digits of your bank account number
+Last 2 digits of your bank sort code
