Over a month without any mobile service!

I joined Plusnet mobile at the end of August and everything was fine until i ported my number. I haven't had any service at all for over a month now. Thats no calls, no data and no sms. I have to rely on wifi if i want to use my phone at all.
Ive contacted customer service chat numerous times as im unable to call, and haven't had any indications of when i will have any sevice at all. All my patience has definitely run out now.

that what i got same issue.in the end i leaving plusnet they are so so [-Censored-].

A common theme it seems, almost eight weeks without service here and with my ported-in number seemingly lost forever.
