Ordered 3 sim by accident

Hello
I have tried to get a contract sim but everything i tried to order, it kept saying card payment error so after 3rd go I gave up. Few hours later I checked my bank and it took £30 of me so that is £10 each time.

Can anyone tell me how to cancel the other 2 sims please?

Hey there @Zobob so sorry about the delay in getting back to you. We are so thin on the ground at the moment.

 

Were the other 2 payments just in pending? If so, the payments should have been returned. If you've ended up with 3 sims and it's not been refunded, please can I take 2 of the numbers from you and your full name? Can you send them over via PM? You should be able to do that as you have posted 5 times.

Superusers are not staff, but they do have a direct line of communication into the business in order to raise issues, concerns and feedback from the community.
