One Time Passcodes used by Mastercard

Until two weeks ago I was able to receive one time passcodes from my credit card provider by text. This morning I was told by Plusnet suppport that their mobile network does not support these and I was “lucky” they worked until two weeks ago. Can anyone shed light this anomaly?

PN don't support sending to short codes, but there is nothing stopping you receiving them.

You should still get them.
