For those of you out there who have a PlusNet monthly free voice minutes/texts and data package with your mobile, even though the terms clearly state that 01, 03 etc numbers are included as part of the package, Jersey and Guernsey, even though they are 01 UK numbers are NOT included in the free voice minutes packages because they are classified international. This is a practice applied by most if not all other mobile providers too.
