Hello, I had an account opened on 2013 and closed 2 years later. I've now got an outstanding debt on my credit file showing £154, I've called to find out what this is from and payoff if possible. Accounts are saying they cant find any details. Cant give me any details if this was passed on.
I'm going for a mortgage and this is holding me up.
