Number(s) not transferred, old sim deactivated

HI,

 

I am experiencing an issue where my have move 4 sims onto Plusnet mobile using the PAC code provided by me previous operator.  We have reached the day of transfer and I can seen my old sim has been deactivated for over an hour and in my experience the new sim has the number transferred relatively quickly (under an hour).

The numbers I wished to retain have not yet ported across despite the previous provider deactivating the sims, I have spoken to customer services who suggest waiting until midnight (?) and I am now thinking that I need to raise this with the nice representatives in this forum as in my experience once the old sim has been deactivated the number(s) port(s) fairly quickly and this probably needs a nudge.

It seems the nice folks at plusnet have pushed through the number porting. Thank you.
