Number porting gone all wrong


I requested for my number to be ported on 23 and was told I’ll be completed on 24. And got text to confirm same.

so happy day I thought, I’ll have my number back soon. BUT IT NEVER HAPPENED. Now it’s 30th almost a week later still no sign of it happening. Been calling customer services every day and still no joy in getting an answer on when I will get my number ported over.  As nobody can contact me because the number that should have ported over on 24th became a deadline and it’s still is a deadline. And been told I can’t even cancel it. Please help
