Number porting? No/slow TXT response?

Trying to PORT in my number,

SENT "PORT" at 18:20..

Asked for number at 18:21....

Still waiting to send my PAC @18:51, need to put my old sim back in so I can take calls in the meantime..

Is this normal?

You should receive a confirmation text to let you know that it's been accepted!

Says accepted, so will switch to my old sim till it disconnects.
