Number ported but sim not arrived

I requested a switch to Plusnet last Monday and provided the PAC as advised. My number appears to have ported as my network no longer works. However, my SIM has not arrived. I am now left with no mobile and need this for work.

I'm really sorry to see your SIM hasn't arrived before we've ported your number across and apologies for the delayed response. +Your mobile number
+Your full name
+Your full address
+Are you the account holder?
+Your date of birth
+Last 2 digits of your bank account number
+Last 2 digits of your bank sort code
