Number ported but no SIM

Hi, 

I was wondering if someone would be able to assist - I've recently ordered a SIM and ported from Vodafone. My number was ported on Friday, but my SIM hasn't arrived. I can't seem to access Plus Net live chat as it's unavailable, and without my SIM I can't call support. I'm now unavailable for work calls which is really not great 😞

You can call Mobile Customer services from any phone on 0800 079 1133

Superusers are not staff, but they do have a direct line of communication into the business in order to raise issues, concerns and feedback from the community.

Thank you for your reply - I don't have a landline and Covid is causing issues with getting my hands on another set currently. I think I'm sort of vaguely hoping a member of Plusnet support might see this faster than it takes me to borrow a phone.
