On the 18th December, I attempted to port a number from EE to Plusnet via the automated text service and the request was declined.
I contacted the Plusnet helpline who advised that they would investigate and get back to me. Unfortunately I haven't heard anything since. I also contacted EE to confirm that the PAC provided was valid, which I'm assured it was and will continue to be until mid January.
I thought that I'd see if there are any Plusnet staff on here that are able to help or update me before I give the helpline another go... If so, please send us a PM!
