Number not Ported Still

My number was meant to port on the 28th, didn’t happen so when I called they said it would be 29th because of bank holidays. That was fine, but it still hasn’t been done and it’s 1st Jan. I have no phone which is a major issue as if my daughters nursery need to get in touch with me, they have no way of doing as I am a mobile worker. Why is this happening? Never had this problem with any other providers.

I'm really sorry to see your mobile number hasn't been ported yet. If you can private message me the following information to pass our data protection checks, we'll be happy to look into this for you.

+Your full name

+Your full address

+Are you the account holder?

+Your date of birth

+Last 2 digits of your bank account number

+Last 2 digits of your bank sort code

I have sent the information requested. I need this sorting immediately. It’s day 7 without use of my mobile. I need to be contactable for my toddler so this needs sorting now.
