Number mess up on mobile

So after nothing but mess up after mess up I upgraded to a handset deal on Tuesday got told I’d have a new sim with same number well the phone came today n at 9 pm my new sim activated only to find out I ended up with some 1elses number n they have mine so there receivein all my calls n text I’m expecting important phone calls and been told go to wait 3 to 4 working days for a new sim not even bothered all I got is it’s a easy mistake to make but after my bank details getting registered to another account n me charged there bill 2 week ago I duno Wat to do I wanna leave but been told got to pay early termination fee any advice
