Number Porting Problems

Switched from EE to Plusnet (share same network), was told that port would take place today (16/7/19).

My old sim card stopped working, so assumed ported across ok.

But only thing that seems to work is being able to receive text messages.

Can't send them or send/receive phone calls and no mobile data.


Haven't received the confirmation text saying number ported, but at the moment the phone is pretty useless.

Do I need to phone up and let them know or will it just sort itself out?

I am sorry for the issues you've had with the porting of your number. While we aim to have a number porting go as seamless as possible, on occasions delays can occur. We'd be happy to look into the issues that have taken place if you would like to private message:

-Mobile number in question,
-Full name and account name if different from yours,
-Full address including postcode.
