Number Porting Delay - 2 Weeks now!

Hello
I started using Plusnet sim on 26 Sept 2017 and until today, my number port has not been successful.

I've called Plusnet and I was told to just wait. It has been 2 long weeks wait. How long more should I wait?

If they have problem with number porting , at least keep sending me update of whats going on.

The last message Plusnet sent was on 28 Sept.

Anyone here can assist with this problem?

I'm so sorry to hear you have been experiencing a delay with your port-in Sad This would usually only take 2 working days, so it does seem very odd that yours is still not complete!
