Number Porting Day Issue?

Hi,

Today is the day for my number porting to Plusnet from Virgin Mobile.

My SMS have stopped coming through on VM sim, but are not coming through on PN sim.  Calls are still working on the VM sim.

Is this normal, it's been like this for about 4 hours now...

Update:

Porting looks to have completed with calls and texts now coming through on new Plusnet sim 😊

Only strange thing is that the VM sim is still active, I guess that's a temporary thing until VM confirm porting successful?

Update 2:

It's now the following day and just when I thought everything was sorted it appears that Calls and texts from anybody on VM network is still going through to the VM sim and not to the Plusnet sim.... GREAT... so now I am goning to have to carry around 2 phones.

Anyone from Plusnet like to comment on this.?Huh
