Number Porting 13 days and still nothing

I submitted my porting request on December 31 evening. today is already January 12.

I am still waiting for the transfer of my old number.

I wonder if I will continue to work on my old number. 

I have my old number registered everywhere and today I'm disconnected from the world. 

I had my number 10 years. Today everyone who is trying to call me they hear now: this number is not recognized.

Will I ever get my old number back?

You have my sympathies. This is appaling service from plusnet. I am currently on day 4, but fear that it will not be resolved quickly from the evidence on his forum.
