Number Port; Old SIM dead but new Plusnet SIM still temporary number?

Hi,
It looks like the number port from o2 for my new account is in progress; the O2 sim is showing no service on my iphone but when I put in the new plusnet SIM into my phone its still using the plusnet number it came with.
Dialing my o2 number that I want to port over results in a message saying I have "dialled an incorrect number; check the number and try again". When should I expect the o2 number to be fully swapped over to the plusnet SIM?
Fixed! Go to the fix.

All sorted now; wasn't expecting a 4hr break in coverage of my porting number. A few minutes or maybe 30 but not 4hrs!
