Not registered on Network

The previous post on this topic https://community.plus.net/t5/Mobile/Not-Registered-on-Network/td-p/1677940 is flagged as fixed but I am still having this issue. Restarting my phone will often overcome the issue but I do not regard this as an acceptable solution; similarly for resetting the mobile network in settings. My wife has similar problems with her PlusNet SIM; sometimes when we are in the same location I can connect and she can not; other times she can connect while I can not. So please don't tell me it is a network coverage issue. Nor can it be an issue with the phone as we have different models of phone. I can only assume there is some failure in communication between PlusNet and EE. Unless this can be resolved then I'll have to have to move our mobiles to another network and probably our home broadband as well.
