I seem to have an issue with texts from abroad not reaching me (calls are fine) for the last 6 months. CS is saying there is nothing that could be done to troubleshoot this as they don't stop anything incoming. I googled this issue and although nothing of this sort came up for plusnet - there were a few exact issues with EE in the last year that people reported and at least publicly it was not resolved.
What can be done? How can PN escalate this to EE (which is where the problem likely to be)? Thanks.
