Not receiving SMS

I've just moved to plusnet, which went well until I found I can't receive text messages, any text messages, although I can send them, make calls and receive calls from the people I've been texting.

This is a major issue as banks etc. use two stage verification which is now impossible as I can't receive SMS.

I've done the usual restarts, reinserting the SIM etc. but it's still not working.

What are the APN setting for my phone

I checked the APN settings. Some weren't correct but they were for MMS which nobody uses now we have WhatsApp but I corrected them, just in case.

I still can't receive SMS messages.
