Not receiving Incoming Calls - Fresh Sim/Sim-Free Phone

For the past 2 weeks, ive not been getting incoming calls and they go to voicemail.

Signal is fair and ive tried turning 4G off, factory reset and taking the sim card out.

This is  a new Plusnet Sim card with no number transfer.

I have special Needs children and need the phone fully operational.

Please help

They sent me a new sim card with number transferred and it seems to be working ok now

Im having the same issues of not being able to receive incoming calls.
Support have advised me to do;

They checked the masts in the area for issues
I've had a new sim card and activated that

Still got the issue.

Never had this issue since owning a mobile. This forum thread tells me it's a common Plusnet issue. Please can you sort this out!

My number has been transferred yesterday and I am having the same issue - no incoming calls at all. The person in customer service advised me to try an another handset, but I don't have one. This is an ongoing problem as I can see.
After reading people's complaints about issues with Plusnet I decided to give it a try - now I regret.
