Not received my SIM yet!

Joined plusnet mobile on 7th of November . I was told the SIM card would arrive in 2-3 days. So far nothing has arrived.

Very sorry to hear this, Talal. This doesn't sound like an ideal start at all.

 

We send our SIM cards out via First Class Royal Mail, but occasionally of course things can get lost in the post. I'd be more than happy to check into this for you, and also order a replacement, so please do send me a Private Message to get started. Smiley
