Well Plus net you are now costing me money with work due to not sorting this ! .. I'm hoping you don't cost me more with my house sale going through and them not able to get in touch etc ... 

I'll be taking things a lot further if this happens and be claiming a lot more compensation to cover more than the inconvenience its caused 

Day 11 and still no contact or info ?

I'm sorry to hear of the issues you've experienced. I'd like to discuss this matter with you further, however as some time has passed since our security checks were last passed I would need to ask you these again. As such, please can you confirm the following information via a PM?

 

- Your Mobile Number
- Your Full Name (And whether or not you're the account holder)
- Your Full Address (Including Postcode)

I am deeply sorry for the inconvenience this is causing and can completely understand your frustration.  Unfortunately we are still awaiting an update on this to go through and will absolutely look at a goodwill gesture once this is resolved.
