Not getting SOME phonecalls and SMS

My daughter's school phoned the other day and couldn't get through. No ringing, no "can't connect" message. Had colleagues phone me and some got through, others had the same no response. When I phone my mobile from landline I get an engaged tone. And then today I was locked out of things I need for work because I couldn't get text messages from Apple for two factor authentication. I've done a factory reset on my phone and am still having same problem. I really need it resolved as it's my primary work number. Any ideas?

Have you checked the APN settings on the phone see below

Scroll down to  "What are the APN settings for my phone"

Thanks Sam. It's not that. Settings are all correct. I manually entered fresh to be sure but no luck.

I've done a full factory reset now as well and still nothing. Pattern seems to be some calls come through from EE but not other networks.

I'm sorry to see you're having issues with your mobile service and apologies for the delayed response.

If you haven't had this sorted yet, could you private message me the following details so we can take a closer look?

+Your mobile number

+Your full name

+Your full address

+Are you the account holder?

+Your date of birth

+Last 2 digits of your bank account number

+Last 2 digits of your bank sort code
