Hi guys,
I recently received a Plusnet monthly Sim. I've got a dual sim phone which I've been using with Vodafone/three with no problems. When I insert my Plusnet sim it's just not being recognised at all. I called customer services who said to ring Vodafone as they may have locked my phone, but this can't be the case as my other sims work. When my others sims go in the phone they click, the plusnet one doesn't. Do you think the sim is faulty? Please help!
