No signal this morning

No mobile signal all morning - no obvious local outage (West Midlands)? No landline here and chat function is down.....how can I report this please?

PlusNet aren't a network operator, their coverage is provided by EE.

EE's network status checker is at https://myaccount.ee.co.uk/networkchecker/checkservice

I believe PlusNet only use one of EE's two bands.

Don't know if that is still the case, but bear that in mind when you check EE's signal.

PN don't have access to EE's Band 20 service, but all other 4G bands (1, 3 & 7) are ok - with the caveat that voice calls are carried over 2G & 3G.

My link was to the faults checker though, not the coverage checker - you're absolutely right, PN have their own checker at https://www.plus.net/mobile/coverage-checker which should be as accurate as anything.
