No signal in CB6 3xx for 24 hours

Phoned yesterday, was told there was a problem on local mast with no estimated fix time.
Was also told there was no website to check this on, which is incorrect as it seems that EE do indeed have one (thanks to another post reply here). The EE website is showing a problem.
Wierdly, our EE phone is working fine, as is our GiffGaff (O2), but our two PlusNet phones are not.
When's it going to be fixed...? need the PN phones for OTPs for various logins 😞

Be aware that whilst Plusnet piggy back on the EE service they do not have access to the full range of frequency bands available to EE customers. This could be the cause of your anomaly.

Actually the EE phone has also now stopped working 😉
Another call with PN support and we're assured it will be fixed by 6pm.... tomorrow ;-(
The kind lady also switched both myself and my wife onto cheaper monthly deals, so can't complain too much.
