No signal bars anywhere

I live in St Andrews in Fife and I've had zero phone signal all day. I have walked around town and not found any anywhere. I checked Plusnet's coverage map and it says the signal here should be fine. Am I doing something wrong or is Plusnet/EE not working here?

Try the EE status checker (use the 'check status' button rather than 'check coverage' ) here https://coverage.ee.co.uk/coverage/ee to see if there are problems in your area

Superusers are not staff, but they do have a direct line of communication into the business in order to raise issues, concerns and feedback from the community.
