No service on my mobile

Hi all,


I have been unable to make/receive calls and texts since 7pm (30/11/18). Everything had been working fine up until that point. I've tried swapping my sim between several mobiles to no avail. 


I can see on the forum that a number of others are/have been experiencing this issue but my eyes haven't skimmed over any kind of a fix as yet. Any ideas on what to do next?


N.B. I've got three babies, husband is not home and I haven't got a landline...feeling a bit isolated without a phone *gulp*

Apologies for any inconvenience. We're aware that some Plusnet Mobile customers were experiencing an issue using their services yesterday. This issue has now been resolved, if you're still having problems please let us know.
