No service in Kenya

I am currently in Kenya and my Plusnet number will not connect, I have no signal. I have tried my partner's SIM, (3) and it works fine in my phone, so what is wrong with my Plusnet SIM (it doesn't work in her phone either)

Are you able to connect to Airtel Kenya? This is the network we have an agreement with over there.

Airtel network shows up as forbidden when I search, so it won't allow me to join. Does something need to be activated on my account?

It's certainly worth ruling out an issue with settings on your account - please Private Message over your Plusnet mobile number and I'll take a look into this for you.
