No outgoing calls while roaming

Recently while on the Isle of Man I couldn’t make any out going calls. Everything else worked fine, texts, data etc.
In the call barring menu, the outgoing calls while roaming was highlighted. I tried to disable it and it asked for a password. Everything I tried didn’t work. 
Once home I tried my wife’s SIM card which isn’t PlusNet in the phone and it was fine, nothing highlighted. I put my sim into her phone and again the call barring feature was highlighted. Same type of phone btw.
I called plusnet who sent me out a new sim, and said it may work, it didn’t, same issue. 
It can’t be the phone, it must be down to the plusnet sim as non plusnet sims work as they should.

Any ideas or help very much appreciated as I’m away to the Isle again soon.

I’ve just tried a Lebara and Vodafone SIM cards and they both allow calling out.

Definitely a Plusnet Sim issue it seems.

Hi @ROBBOEDIN,

IT seems @LaurenB  has the same issue with her phone. 
This issue is still ongoing. 
Hope it gets resolved by the time I return to the Isle of Man next month.
