No new SIM cards, old number deactivated, no working phone. Grrrrr!

I (possibly foolishly) decided to move both my and my wife's mobile accounts from another service provider to Plusnet. We now have no new SIM cards and our mobiles have ceased to work with the old provider so we are incommunicado. It seems the only way to contact Plusnet for help is, wait for it, by phone, Come on guys, that's not funny (we haven't needed a landline in over 12 years).

Hiya @Belventis

I am really sorry for the delay in receiving your SIM cards, this is off course not the start we want to get off to!

So I can take a look into the order for you, can you please pop me over a PM with the following information (to send a PM, click on my name and then to the right, there will be a grey button to 'send private message'):

- The mobile number in question
- Your full name
- The full address including postcode
- Are you the account holder?

- Your date of birth
- The last 2 digits of both the bank account number & sort code

Just to confirm, I will only be able to discuss your Wife's number though if you are the account holder for it or a named nominee.
