No network coverage, no calls, no texts!

Full signal but no network coverage for over an hour in East of England UK! Cant make or receive calls nor texts but WiFi is still ok!
Anyone else experiencing this or no what is going on or how long this is going to be like this!? Im advised to contact customer service, but how with no network and emergency calls only! Thats a joke

seems like we got outage today (17th Dec) no network. This is very annoying
