No mobile signal for a few days

Hi I’ve lost mobile signal for a few days, and have tried switching off the phone, taking SIM card off out and putting it back in, turning to flight mode, turning off auto select network, etc. Still showing no signal, but the coverage checker says this area is good coverage. Can’t find any help elsewhere, obviously can’t phone plusnet for help without signal!
Please can someone help?
