This has been ongoing for the last few days. Your service status checker shows no problems nationwide (really!).

Plusnet uses the EE network.
Does the EE status checker report an issue for your postcode?

I'm aware plusnet used ee. That page only seems to work if you have an ee number

I'm sorry for the long delay and you can't get a signal at Milford on Sea. You'll still be able to use the EE coverage checker to check for a service outage in an area even though you're not on EE and with Plusnet.

+Your full name

+Your full address

+Are you the account holder?

+Your date of birth

+Last 2 digits of your bank account number

+Last 2 digits of your bank sort code
