Hi there,
I have just switched to Plusnet and I don't have internet access through mobile. The message I received is: "You are not subscribed to data service" . I use an iphone7, and the APN settings on the plusnet web page do not exist on ios 15. Could you please help me with this?

I'm sorry to see you're having issues with your mobile data and apologies for the delayed response.
If you haven't got this sorted yet, could you turn your phone off, take out your SIM then put it back in and turn your phone back on? If you're still having issues following this, private message me the following details and we can take a closer look.
+Your mobile number
+Your full name
+Your full address
+Are you the account holder?
+Your date of birth
+Last 2 digits of your bank account number
+Last 2 digits of your bank sort code
