I have been on plusnet for most of this year but the last couple of months my data has been going on and off. Now it is off completely, I have tried take SIM card out, restarting my phone, changing settings but nothing has worked. And at the moment I am going to pay for 8GB that I haven't even used .
I would like this problem sorted as I run my business off my phone, which is mostly internet based, so my company is paying consequence for this problem.
