No mobile data -pls sort it out

Hi

 

I moved over to Plusnet mobile and ported across my old number. I have no mobile data despite changing my APN settings as suggested by the website. Looking at the online forums I see this has been a common problem for Plusnet since last year...and you still haven’t sorted it out. Pls connect me to mobile data ASAP.

Thanks for getting in touch with us.

 

If the APN settings haven't given you access to data, you may need to delete the profile for your previous network.

This profile can usually be found by going into your Settings - General - Profile. There could well be a profile under the name of your previous network here, which you can then delete.

Once this is done, restart your phone and you should have a data signal!

Thanks Oli I had this problem after porting over my number but was told to reset my network settings on my iPhone, this didn’t work but I saw your reply stating that you need to delete your profile, I did this and it fixed it instantly.
