No message details option on Voicemail messages?

Recently moved to Plusnet from Virgin.

If I get a Voicemail message left cos I was on a call, or out of range, and i play it back, there isn't an option to access Message Details, which I've always been able to do on previous Providers. So if the Caller doesn't rememebr to leave their number I can't get back to them [and its amazing how frequently that happens!]

Any clues as to how to get round this?

Thanks for getting in touch with us!

As our network is an MVNO (Mobile Virtual Network Operator) and not an MNO (Mobile Network Operator), we don't support all Voicemail functions, such as the callers information. Although we do use the EE network, we don't have complete access to the services that many other network providers support, for example, O2, Vodafone and Three.

@richjenn13 I think the best you can do for now is to change your voicemail message itself asking them to leave their number.
