No incomming calls in Altrincham

Hi

I work in Altirincham and seem to unable to receive calls when in the office but as I travel a little out of Altrincham - I can receive calls no problem

I can make out going calls in Altrincham as well as elsewhere

Strange problem but seems to something on the location / network

Any ideas
