No incoming texts since January

I haven't addressed this because I don't ever use sms or calls. I always call or message people on messenger or WhatsApp or other services and my data works. I had trouble a couple of months ago with not being able to receive a security code for Tumblr but I put it down to Tumblr. It turns out however that I've been missing texts from my boss and my family. This is unacceptable. How do I fix this today?

• Your full name
• Your full address including postcode

Once we have completed our data protection checks, we will need examples of the issue occurring in the past 48 hours. I appreciate this may be difficult due to the nature of the problem but if you can replicate it, there shouldn't be any issue providing these.
