No incoming calls or texts

I haven’t had any incoming calls or texts now for the last week, outgoing is fine.

also earlier this evening my voicemail went off, however it did come back on a few hours later. But now I keep getting notifications of new messages and I don’t have any.

just wondering if anyone had any ideas on how to fix the issue, i’ve Had a look around one here and can see I’m not the only one to have this problem.

Hi @AllegoriPig13 I am sorry to hear about the issues you are having with our mobile services. Is this just related to your SMS/call features or can you not use the mobile data either?

Customer service are sending me a new sim, but I really don’t see how that’ll help as it’s only incoming calls and texts, everything else is fine.

This is one of our troubleshooting options to try before we can go further. It may that your simcard is not 4g and this may solve it for you. Let us know how you get on.
